Ladies and Gentlemen, I grow weary of imbeciles asking me questions while I train...it positively infuriates me!
Just the other day, while psyching up for a set of 140 pound dumbbell curls, I was off in another world, grinding my teeth, foaming at the mouth, when suddenly, with a guttural "AAARRGGH!", I seized the dumbbells- and suddenly a nasal voice broke my concentration "Some heavy weight there, mate!". I turned and there was the offending oaf...I screamed in rage, charged him, and clotheslined him with a rock-hard 22 inch arm, sending him into a full back-flip, arse over tit, onto the gym floor. He lay quivering, and I dropped a 140 pound dumbbell onto his ribcage for good measure.
I know some of you fellows can relate to my anger. Some people simply lack refinement! That daft bastard won't be disturbing me again!
whoa! I am definitely not going to your gym? Um, is it ok if I ask which one you go to sir?
But hey, I hear ya EX// I'm in the middle of a set and some jack a#% goes " are you using this bench?''.
