I am now 17 years old and have been working out (regularly) for 3 years.
My body fat keeps reading at 10%, and I have a large amount of muscle. However, my muscles always seem to look alot more out of shape than they actually are. Is it because I drink alot of liquids, or just extra skin covering my body?How do I get tighter muscles?

how are you getting your body fat tested ? because at a caliper measured 10% body fat you would not look out of shape...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
