    Bruce Lee's Abdominal Dragon Exercise

    Waist Twist- 4 sets of 90
    Situp Twist- 4 sets of 20
    Leg Raises- 4 sets of 20
    Leaning Twist- 4 sets of 50
    Frog Kicks- 4 sets of 50

    Now the point of this thread is: I dont know how to do the leaning twist and the frog kicks, can anyone help me out?

    I believe a leaning twist is when you take the twisting bar (looks like a broomstick) in the standing position with feet maybe shoulder width or wider then you bend over at the waist 90 degrees and twist, making sure to use the abs to twist and not the upper body...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
