    chest problems. help

hey guys, i wasnt sure if this should go in the diet or workout section, so i chose this one...its a bit of a sensitive subject..maybe...but im having problems with chest fat. I see when i do intense cardio, workout, or even take a shower, my chest flattens. But when im just normally walking around, watching television, or sitting down writing on the computer likenow, its not flat. Its like i have manboobs or something, lol. I know that sounds funny, but i want to get rid of it once and for all ya know. It doesnt look good walkin around with two round things sticking out of ur shirt. LOL. I was told that boiling water, then waiting for it to get to a comfortable temperature, and dipping paper towels or a towel in it, then placing it on your chest can flatten them...if u do it for 2 weeks about 10 minutes a day, which ive been doing for like 6 days so far. Im also doing lots of cardio to lose fat, and working my chest in hopes to flatten it. But i know its NOT a round ball of fat there, cause like i said, it flattens when im in the shower or if scratch it, or work my chest, or do intense cardio....any of u know what else i can do to flatten it?? i also thought about using cutting gel to put on it.....????

    Spot reducing is debatable.

AvantLabs have some products that work very well for many people at spot reducing areas of fat called Ab-Solved and Lipo-Derm. Do a search or check out www.avantlabs.com for more information on which one would suit you the best.

Your best bet is to clean up your diet and increase activity. Most likely this is a result of some excess fat.

no, your chest's true form is the form it takes during your leisure time. the only reason it was pumped up during your workout is because that's what happens during any hard workout. to make your chest hard all the time, you must imagine yourself an extremely out of shape person and train! train! train!

While I can't argue whether those have worked for others, I have tried both to no effect. I may already have too little bodyfat for them to be all that effective (10%), but $60 later, nothing.

And, yes, I did follow directions, and, yes, I did do it during a cutting phase.
