    Wanna good upper body workout?

I was watching the US Olympic Gymnastics Trials this past weekend and they showed the gals training. This one chick was in a push up position in front of the stairmaster and was pushing the steps down with her arms.

I tried this today and only lasted 2 minutes, this shit was hard. I would recommend it, but it takes a bit of time to get the rhythm down.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I actually ended up working my obliques more than anything else once I got up to speed, which took a while since I had no idea what setting to put the thing on.
