How long of period of cardiovascular to less the body fat 1%

I really want to know the estimate time/period of time (like.. 1 week, 2 week, 1 month, 3 month and so on.. etc) for less down the body fat for 1% !!

I know that I have to do..
    1. count calories that I ate
    2. cardiovascular to keep the total calories deficit for each day.
    3. perform cardiovascular 5-6 days per week. Post workout.

Now I try low impact aerobic 3-4 days a week, 1 hour for each day and everyday I try intro cycling, 100 rpm for 30 minutes I think I lose about 300 calories per day.

Now, my weight is 70 kg. my body fat is approximate 18-19%. Anybody can estimate how long that I can less body fat down to 15% please?

if you cannot estimate me, could you please tell me your period and or your friend or anybody that you know please. I want the sample estimate time...

How long does it take to lose 1% of bf is completey different for everyone. It depends on many factors....your current metabolic rate, your diet, your training. just doing cardio, like low impact aerobics isn't the answer though. You need a solid diet and you need some resistance training to increase muslce mass and enhance your metabolism.

If you start weight training, then often times right in the beginning you can lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously if you eat right. There are too many factors to say for sure. However, losing .5-2 pounds per week is about what you can expect if you don't want to lose muscle, or lose minimal muscle.

1% with good diet and exercise takes 2 weeks. thats what i've found. usually .5 % loss a week with a calorie deficit, lowered carbs, and weight training.

I got the accident last week...
my tendon at wrist is tear.. (at least it's injure) I can't twist my left wrist now.
This mean I have to off trainning for healing my wrist. T_T

I guess that my body fat will not lose until my wrist work functional. T_T

This is not true. Just adjust your diet accordingly. Diet determines fat loss, not training. Training just makes it easier because you can eat more food while continuing to lose fat.
