Well let me start by saying im 6'2 and i go from 170lb-175lbs. Ive been working out on and off for quiet some time now. But ive been going at it for about 7 months now consistantly. Ive been trying to gain weight and get bigger for awhile now but i cant seem to do that. I have a pic of me awhile ago here.

Now I do seem to get stronger as in lifting heavier weights but It seem like my body never changes. I still look kinda small. My max bench is 275lb as of last month. So I dont think im THAT weak. I just cant get bigger at all. My workout plan goes like this.
Monday: chest, triceps and abs
tuesday: Back and shoulders
wednesday: biceps abs again and legs
rest of the week I rest.
For example i do. bench press: 135x12, 185x10, 205x10, 225x8, 185x10
incline bench press: 155x10, 155x10, 165x10
tricep pulldowns: 3 sets of 12 of 70-75pounds
Thats what i do monday so you have the idea. Let me know if there is anything im doing wrong or what not. I also try to eat 4 times a day but sometimes i only get 3 meals in.
