My BMR is 2172.8 calories per day, i want to lose at least 35 lbs, how many calories do I need to burn and how do i find out how many calories am i burning? if i jog 35 mins a day, power walk for 10 mins, do pushups and dips.
What? If your BMR is 2172.8 If your only goal is weight loss you dont have to do any excercise. Just eat less than 2172.8 cals a day and youll lose weight.
