I watched it about 20 times that's hilarious. Who's his decorator Mork from Ork?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

What none of you took the time to notice was the fact that those plates were made of depleted Uranium. They weighed 300 pounds each.

Creatine has helped alot, my muscle gain increassed 20% once I started taking it. Also I dont feel any burn after I work out. Aside from that Im all natural, all I ever eat is chicken and fish so I grow really fast. Ive been bodybuilding for a year now and I have really bad genetics. I guess it just goes to show you can do anything if you set your mind to it.

This is so sad. This kids trying to gain respect by lying on the internet about how much he can benchpress. Get a life man, nobody cares.

Exactly. If you really can bench that you would be world famous considering your weight. If you want to prove it post a video of you doing it. Otherwise dont bother to follow up this thread because nobody believes you.
