jogging /cardio, how much is too much?
Im currently overweight, so im tryin to get back in shape and ive started a healthy diet as well as my old weight lifting routine. The problem is..how much cardio is too much ? I mean i dont wanna lose muscle, i want to gain muscle mass but become lean at the same time.
