Post This is how I train XTREME!!

My weight with cloths and harness on: 150
Weight with two buckets 210

Kinda makes for more difficult pullups.

Are you hanging onto the floor joist with your finger tips? If so, been there, done that. I used to work out at home and did this, brought back memories. Hang in there-Ha Ha get it?

Actually, no. I have some finger boards (rock climbing work-out equipment) that I use. There is a picture of them somewhere in this forum...maybe in the pictures section. Either way, they work the fingers much more than pull up bars, or even the ceiling joists.

Oh yeah...I'm huge. Fear me.

I must say that i am impressed. Those look tough as hell with out the added weight. i could'nt imagine them with the weight.
