chest
I was wondering if anyone can help? Ive been bodybuilding for 7 months now and every part of my body is growing well, its just my chest seems to be taking the longest to develop got any tips to help me improve my chest?
My chest work out:- (1) Bench press, super setted with flyes (2) Incline Bumbells (3) Forward leaning dips Could any answers please email me chrisp@campbellsci.co.uk Cheers |
