how does this routine look
I am looking for a little advice concerning this routine. I was looking to change up my routine a little and somebody suggested this to me :
Day 1 (chest, bi’s, calfs, ab’s and cardio) Day 2 (back, traps, quads, ab’s and cardio) Day 3 (shoulders, tri’s, ab’s, and cardio) unfortunately i can only make it to the gym 3 days a week so i had to try to get everything in around a 3 day schedule. i was hoping someone could tell me if this routine looks good and if not what changes should i make to improve it. Also what movements would be recommended for each body part. thanks |
