how long did it take you to notice?

When you guys first started to lift and incorporated a solid diet how may months before you started to notice really good results in the way you looked?

When you first start,if your diet is "solid" you should see mind blowing results. If your diet is imaculate,then people will think your on roids.

i'd say 6-8 weeks to see very definite changes (of course it'll vary by person but i think that's a good general idea)

If you are training smart, eating smart and you have average genetics it should take about 4 weeks before you can see results.

once you start couting calories, etc. and your diet is "on" increases in LBM should start in several weeks. you will see the majority of your gains in LBm during the first couple of years of hardcore training...
