turn up the intensity
for this summer im doing higher volume for each bodypart, this is what im doing know give or take a set
back-13 legs-14-15 bis-9 tris-9 shoulders-12 chest-10 for the fall, im thinking of knocking down the rest time(keeping the reps and sets the same 3-4 of 6-8) to about 30 seconds and lowering the volume down half for each bodypart. does that seem like it might give me better results along with a clean bulk diet??? |
