For me, since Biceps and Triceps get a large amount of work with back, chest and shoulders, I only do 2, maybe 3 exercises for each, maybe 4- 6 sets total for either muscle group.

    For biceps I usually do

Barbell curls 2 or 3 sets
    DB curls 2 sets

    Triceps
Lying Extensions 2 or 3 sets
    Pushdowns 2 sets
Close grip bench 1 or 2 sets

Well I am Go-Go-Gadget Overtrained 24/7, so I like to do 3x3sets (9+3 are supersetted.). Basically... don't do what I do
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

I normally only do 4-5 sets for bis and 4-5 for tris since I do Tris on Chest day and Bis on Back day.

I do 15 sets for triceps and 9 good working sets for biceps

the triceps should be getting more sets since they are 60% of the upper arm

Just wondering is it recommended to do Bis and Tri on the same day. I normally do both on Wed. Around 5 exercises for both each comprising of 4 sets.

When I am not training bis and tris on back and chest day, respectively, I do 6-9 sets for bis and tris, and I usually work them on the same day. If I am training them with chest or back, 6 sets max.

I like to do 8-10 sets for my biceps and triceps. If my arms are not already too fried, like alot of you mentioned I also like to add 2 sets for my biceps after back and 2 sets for my triceps after back chest.

Usually I do 3-4 sets of 3 exercises for each. I do bi's after back and tris after chest and shoulders.
Right now I'm trying to get rid of some tendonitis in the elbow so I'm currently doing NO sets of direct tri's and looking into the mirror they don't seem to be suffering. I will eventually start doing tri's again though, I feel like I shoulod be doing tri's.

I usually do 9 sets (3 different exercises) for tri's, and I do 9 sets (3 different exercises) for bi's (18 working sets). If it's a really good day, I might throw in another exercise or a few more sets. I like working bi's and tri's together. For some reason, I do well with back, traps, shoulders on same day. It's my longest workout. However, for some reason, my chest day is more exhausting than any other workout day. Legs come second.
