posture

I notice when i dead lift, militery press, ect i tend to favore my right side. I am wondering what i could do to ensure i have correct isture during a work uot?

I"m a form freak. When ever something doesn't feel right, I drop weight, and focus 100% on the motion until I'm happy.

It may sound stupid but you might want to see an ortopedist. Have a talk with your doctor about your posture and he will send you in the right direction.
