gain 10 lbs means about 1 inch on arm
is this true that you need to gain about 10 lbs of muscle and bodyfat to get 1 inch on you arm. i dont understand how this works, so anyone please help me out.

Not for me, its closer to 20, but I'm 6'2". Arnold used to say 10 or 15 pounds.
Depending on your bodyfat, water retention, height, and distribution - you will figure it out when you get there. |
