Should you do compound muscle groups same day? (Triceps/chest)
Or is that over working it? I don't do it like that, mainly because the compound movements from chest carry over onto your triceps also, and I don't want to overtrain.
So should I keep Tri's and Pecs to different days as well as biceps and back?
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.
....did I mention the ladies too??? |

I will often do bis/tris on the same day because it doesnt take much to finish them off after back/chest. If I do them on the same day, I need to do very little work (4-6 sets max).
Because I'm not on an Atkins Diet nor would I ever do one. I'm a BB not a dieter!
