working out on the road
does anyone here work out while on the road alot? i will start my new job in about a month which requires me to travel 80% of the time. ill be staying in hotels most of the times which i think most have gyms (most likely very small with not much selection), but i was wondering how people keep up their food/nutrition intake balanced as well as their work outs in line while on the road. any info would be appreciated. thanks.

I'll be deployed to Pakistan next month, so I'll be in your same boat. One guy, from another forum, told me to get a bookbag and fill it up with whatever (he made out some exercises for me). You have to make the best out of it. My best friend told me to workout with sandbags. I'll probably be doing lots of bodyweight exercises (e.g., pushups, pullups and dips, crunches, etc). I hope I won't lose too much during the 120-day deployment. I'll get back into the swing of things when I get back to the states, though. My #1 priority is to stay safe while deployed, #2 would be working out, of course.
