Problem Areas...

Like all fat people, I have two very "bad" problem areas, the belly (well duh!) and then the chest area. I thank goodness that I don't currently have man boobs, however I am very worried about the area that's under my arm pit that resembles a "chest spare tire". Heck, if you look at my picture (the whale picture) in my gallery, you'll know what I am talking about. I am sorry but I don't know the correct terminology. I think at some point we used to call them the wings.
What can I do to target that area? Would that be part of my pecs workout or my back workout?
I would like to implement that into my routine so that I can nix that as soon as possible...

Thanks..

I would do a search for weight loss diets / work out programs. You can not spot reduce fat.

I understand that, I am just asking what else I can add to my routine to help that area too. I am currently working on building a program to shrink myself and wanted to know what else I could add to my training routine to help with that spot. Maybe I didn't explain myself well. I should have said to open that I was working on a nutritional plan/training program. Sorry....

So far I have posted my tentative training routine in my journal and I am currently reading Jodi's different ideas....
As soon as I have it down pat, I'll post it both in the Nutritional section and in my journal...

Lay out your goals...is it specifically to get huge or is it to build a strong and lean (think toned, good muscle definition)?

If it's the latter..you can either use a cutting diet or a well-balanced diet (the cutting diet may be more difficult, but may provide a bit speedier results in fat loss). Staying on topic of general fat loss and building a fit body..total-body workouts are great for boosting your metabolism and increasing your muscle mass which all speed up your body's fat loss process.
To help with specific problem areas, you may want to look into using Lipoderm Ultra from Avant Labs for that ever-so-hated pinchable fat wherever it may be on your body (however you should be cutting, meaning at a calorie deficit when using this product for optimal results)

The better you can stick to a planned diet, the sooner you will see results

Dedication, dedication, dedication

Well diet and exercise will lead to loss in that, guaranteed.

So up that cardio, lower those calories, and just workout as usual

I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

Thanks a bunch for the info.
Regarding doing a diet program, I am currently reading Jodi's Guide to Cutting, etc, and I am reading all the information I can regarding nutrition. I understand that if I don't eat right, I can't expect any sort of results, that, as a practicing fatty, I know and have known for a while, but just as you think you know everything, you find this forum and well...
I want to start my program exactly on monday. That's what I call my OCD. I can't start anything mid week. By doing it this way, I have time to do things the right way to start...
