3 Day Split suggestions
Please post ur 3 day split workouts.

The push (Chest, shoulders, tris), pull (Back, bis), legs split seems to be popular.
I used to do a full body routine 3 days a week. I actually liked it quite a lot and saw excellent gains. However, this was when I first returned to lifting, so gains were bound to be good. Either way, HST uses the full body principle and I have heard of some good results from that program. |
