Listen to this....
Is it just me, or does this sound a bit crazy?
The other day I was approached by a trainer at my gym, no tone from that gym. He trains on his own. He looked like he is in Great shape. He asked how my diet was and I informed him that most days I hardly reach 1000 calories and I believe that was way to low for wking out 5 xs a week and weiht training. He tells me that was WAY toooo many calories! Then he said I should be doing cardio 45 min a day, 5 xs a week and that I need to cut.I fell for it all except the "1000 calories was way too much" deal. Is it just me, it seemed real shocking for me to hear that from a trainer, lol. Mars |

How can you not even be hitting 1000 cals? Those cinnabons are probably 1000cals each. I'd just be banging those down along with protien shakes all day. Whatever it takes man, sometimes it is hard to get those meals in.

I'm no pro but it seams to me that if you only take in 1000 cal's a day and then do the 45 min's of cardio that you would have the physique of Olive Oil. Give this "trainer" the link to this website so the good people here can train the trainer not to create an army of Olive Oils.

This guy just walked up to you and said - more or less - "youre eating too much, go get on the treadmill"?
Holy christ, i would have swung a barbell at him in my best impersonation of a manny ramirez power swing. What a crackhead. |

lol, 45 minutes of cardio and you taking in under 1000 calories... hehe I think you would die, you would have negative calories almost... IS that even possible? lol
I know this is coming out of nowhere, but have any of you ever drank one of those 1200 calorie drinks with 80 g's of protein? I think you actually lose weight - probably because of all the throwing up you do.. ![]()
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.
....did I mention the ladies too??? |

Many trainers will feed you sh!t because they don't want the competition. If you need a trainer, find someone who has your best interests in mind and will help you to reach your goals,... not someone suffering from an inferiority complex and doesn't want you to look as good as he does. What I would do is hire this dumbass to train my opponents..!

1000 calories a day with 45 minutes of Cardio+daily living=starvation. Get familiar with your Basal Metabolic rate ad work out a good solid number of calories per day. All ids of nasty things happen when you starve yourself, allot that never go away.
You don't have to love in Sudan and have no food to starve. Society and bad advice can do that just as easily |
