Can you help?
some time ago i decided to start working out. i bought dumbbells cos i don't have money for the gym. so anyway i find lots of useful information on internet but wherever i only find workout programs who look like that:]
BACK Deadlifts Barbell Rows T-Bar Rows
Pull-Ups LEGS Squats-(king of all exercises) Straight Leg Deadlifts-(can be done with a slight bend)
Leg Press CHEST Incline Bench Press- Barbell or Dumbbell Flat Bench Press- Barbell or Dumbbell
Dips- lean more forward, to hit your chest more - I don't think declines are necessary, because flat bench and dips will hit your lower chest enough DELTS Military Press- Barbell or Dumbbell Push Press etc, etc... this is okay with me but i would like to know how do i do all those excersises. i mean maybe any of you could tell me where i could get photos or illustrations of these excersises? thx |
