Protective gloves for wrist?
Are there any special types of gloves or equipment that protect your wrists?

Brak, yes Harbinger makes a great glove that I have been using for a few months now. Gel padding for the hands and they extend down and form a wrist wrap. I really like the extra support. I personally do not like their Big Grip gloves nearly as much as the gel padding. The Big Grip doesn't have enough flexibility for me, the pads start to pinch, but the gel pads are great IMO.

I have never liked using gloves for lifting. I never feel like I get a good enough grip. So I prefer adjustable wrist wraps. These from TruFit work well, and can also be used higher up on the forearm if tendonitis is a problem.

There is a new High Tech product available from Johnson and Johnson, Cramer , Muller, Ace...Its called tape.
I seriously went a year in pain before I discovered this new and incredible product. A couple of turns around the wrist ...very tight for me,...and my wrists healed up. I have even used duct tape....but I don't want to brag |

I would just get wrist wraps instead, I didn't like the gloves at all, too thick to use with anything.

I hear you guys, I went without gloves for a long time, but finally caved in - my hands just got to torn up.
Here is a link to the Harbinger glove w/wrist wrap that I was referring to in the earlier post (not in any way endorsing the site, just the first one I ran across with a decent picture). http://www.citysports.com/product/in...ductId=1056857

But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
