Lat Pulldowns: Single Bar vs. Individual Handles
What do you think is better to do pulldown lats:
a single bar - both pulleys attached to the bar or individual handles - a handle/strap attached to each pulley Thanks! |

I use the bar. If I want to go close, I'll do pullups instead.
Speaking of pullups (My favorite excercise BTW) the Latdown machine can't replace it. You should do both of them to gain the V shaped back, that sets you apart from them.
