Super fast workouts?

What do you folks think of once everynow and then simply not resting between sets. Lets say my workout was going to about 45 mins,but only rest is moving weights, so it only takes me about 20-25 mins to finish it. Do you think this would be something good to keep the body guessing or just a bad idea?

I do that sometimes. my rest interval is however long it takes me to change the weight.

I did it today cuz i was in a hurry. But it felt pretty good.
