Cutting

I have a question about cutting. If Soccer seasons starts in Feb, when about should i stop lifting so much and start to do more cardio so i can get my bodyfat back down? about how long does it take?

You dont have to change anything, unless you want to get in better condition for all the running. If you wanna cut just change up your diet and keep lifting.

what is the intensity of your workouts right now. As the season approaches back off the intenstiy and then durning the season switch to some sort of low intensity (2-3 day a week) maintenance phase that will keep you from being sore.
