everyone should build a cabin
I took about a week and a half off training when i was helping my dad build his cabin (with logs). before i had left i did 121 lbs on bench press for 6 reps on my last set; i come back and i nailed off 165 lbs for 3 reps!
i was walking around with a shit eating grin for the rest of the night!go team
