Build some muscle. Barbell curls, dumbell curls, preacher curl. All will suffice, but odds are likely you wont get huge strapping "guns". What does your workout routine look like?

Well im assuming by the name Jgirl that this isnt a "man" and most girls dont want huge arms most want to look as much as I hate the word "toned". But being a female odds are she naturally cant get "huge" biceps or huge in any manner.
