what is the difference between p/rr/s and p/rr/s 2

I have been reading the old post and found the article on p/rr/s and find it to be an interesting concept which I plan to implement. I wanted to know if there was a major difference between the p/rr/s and the updated version as there is not much detail on any posts? Also what is the rest time between sets for the rep range week?

Link to P/RR/S II

Rest time between sets on RR week is about 1-3 minutes depending on the demand of the particular exercise.

Thank you for your interest in my program

Well, with P/RR/S II I experimented with some new shock techniques and some new power techniques as well as expanded on the rep ranges used during RR week. # 2 is a bit more advanced than the basic version, but I must admit that most of my training year is still spent on the original version as to avoid overtraining.
