Please give me some suggestions on my routine, I am very lean and looking to add lots of mass. Also what rep range should i stay in. I was thinking of 6-10.

Workout 1

Back: Chin-ups, Bent over rows, Tbar Rows
Power Training: Deadlifts 3 sets of 10,6, 4 reps to failure
Abs: crunches 5 set 25 reps

Workout 2
Shoulders: Barbell Clean and press, Dumbell Lat Raises
Power Training: Heavy Upright rows 3 sets 6,4,2 reps to failure
Push Presses 3 sets 6,4,2 reps to failure
Upper arms: Standing Barbell Curls, Seated Dumbell Curls, close grip press, standing tricep extensions

Forearms: Wrist Curls, Reverse wrist curls
Abs: Reverse Crunches 5 sets of 25

Workout 3
Thighs: squats, lunges, leg curls, leg ext
Calves: standing calf raises 5 sets of 15
Power training: straight leg deadlifts 3 sets or 10, 6, 4 reps to failure

Please make any suggestions, i just need to know sets & reps for the exercise i don't have set figured for yet. Thanks IM
