Cardio Recommendations
Would it be better to do your cardio on the days you dont lift or the days you do lift? Or does it even matter? I know the days that I do lift as soon as Im done I pound down a protein/gatorade/creatine shake within ten minutes of when im done......If i do cardio on the days that I do lift....should I still pound down that shake after im done lifting, then go do cardio? or Should I wait until the cardio is all done with to drink the shake?

I asked the same question a few weeks ago. The concensus was probably better to do it on the days you do not lift but if you do it on the days you lift do it after your workout. Not sure about the shake.

This all depends on what you are trying to do with your body and health.
If you are trying to lose bodyfat, then I would suggest jogging immediately after weight training or first thing in the morning. This will maximize fat loss. You can also take some glutamine and BCAA supplements before jogging to help reduce catabolism. If you are trying to gain muscle mass, then I would suggest no cardio at all. However, I understand the want to do it. When I am bulking, I always do my cardio on off days. I make sure to eat about 30-60 minutes before I begin my session and again immediately afterwards. If you are simply trying to maintain weight and be healthy, then I would follow the same principles as if you were bulking. However, that is just my personal preference. If nothing else, I would separate my cardio and lifting sessions by several hours. You have more flexibility if this is your goal, but I wouldn't follow cutting principles.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
