Help Please ....

Hey fellas ... i recently discovered my body type which is an Endomorph. Just wondering if some of my fella Endomorphs can please post up their workout routine in order for me to compare and alter mine. Thanks a lot !!!

It is probably more important for you to focus on your diet than anything else since you have a tendency to put on fat faster than most. The way people train is pretty much the same when it comes to body type.

as an endomorph you're not going to train differently, it's your diet that will be the concern because you tend store fat easily.

also, you did not even list your goals, so how do we know what type of routine you want?

Well i am 6'3 and at 200 pounds .. i think around 18-19% body fats. I wanna reduce to atleast 180 pounds with a bf at around 10-12%. But i think as you mentioned to achieve this I should be more concerned about my diet than my workout routine.
