Jump the rope

Comments.....don't hit yourself with the weighted rope. It might hurt.

I would go for it, it's actually fun (at least it is for me) I use to jump rope like my life depended on it, got really good at it. I still do every now and then just not nearly as much as I used to. Nice and fun way to build up your stamina, rhythm, and speed

I could never jump rope, I used to bound in the air instad of 'hoppin gently' and I'd etiehr fall flat on my ass or I'd get the ropes tangled lol
