Bulking up

I have weight trained for three years now. However I have not gained any mass in the last year.
I believe this is due to the fact that I do exercises a hell of a lot (boxing three days per Week, Mixed-Martial arts three days per week (same days) and football (soccer) one day a week. I don't feel as if I'm overtraining as I'm always full of energy the next day.

My weight training sessions are done at 7am-8am four days per week.
Each of these days I will train two bodyparts. For each bodypart I will perform 4 exercises each consisting of 4 sets with heavy wieghts and low reps (6-8 reps).

Can anyone give me any ideas how to adjust my training in order to bulk up, without reducing my fitness training?

Thanks

have you changed the reps? sets? or exercises of your workout since you began?

also could be your nutrition. If you want to grow you must consume enough food for daily requirements and LBM gain. Seeing how you are quite active, that could be a factor to consider.

Thanks for the replies.
I do eat alot of high protien food and as much carbs as I can. However I am only able to eat 4 time per day due to work. My sets have not changed much since I started, just the weights have increased.

The total calorie count of pro/carbs/fat needs to be high enough to enable muscle growth..For years i went on and off to the gym... i did have an athletic/toned body but not much mass.. this time i decided to focus on my diet and changed it to 6 meals/day... started with 15x and presently 18x and have put on 20lbs in the last 6mths. So start with 15x and work ur way up so that the total cals u consume exceeds the cals u expend. Good luck!

you may want to try a power/reprange/shock routine to get past sticking points. but first evaluate diet.
