2 rep sets
What do you guys think of 2 rep sets for gains in mass and strength? or should it be 5 reps?

Two rep sets are usually referred to as doubles. They can be used for a number of purposes. If using a maximal or near maximal weight for that set, it would more likely be for the purpose of gaining strength.
Sets of 5 reps are often considered good for both strength and mass gains. 5x5 is a common strength and mass building routine. |
