I used to change my bodypart split up a few times a year, if I were you I would probally take a week off from the gym (keep eating your 6 small protein rich meals a day) and come back with a totally new bodypart split.
I can give you an example of the split that I currently use:
Day 1:shoulders/triceps/abs
Day 2:back/calves
Day 3:chest/biceps/forearms
Day 4:legs/abs
Day 5:off
day 6:repeat cycle/or another rest day
I will use this split for a few months, take a week off and come back with something new.
