    consider fat?

    hey guys, im 17 yrs old and im around 178cm tall. my body fat percentage is around 12.5%. so is this consider fat as i've actually gt a belly and why does some pple which looks quite skinny and have six pack have bodyfat precentage higher then me???

    I wouldn't consider 12.5% fat at all. That is actually a healthy bf%. People that have abd still at a higher percentage of bf are gentically gifted and probably don't hold most of their fat in the stomach area. they are jsut lucky and weird and I hate them.

    I hate them to. Almost as much as I hate the people that CANNOT gain fat. I have a buddy that wrestles for MSU. I'll watch him eat four donuts for breakfast. He's 170lbs, and around 8%bf. @ 5'9"

    My kids wrestle...same thing...eat like pigs and have low BF...Then again...the more muscle the more you can eat....yada yada yada..But then again Look at Rulon Gardner the olympic wrestler...his body fat looks off the hook high

    I hate them too.. being an ecto, most fat i hv simply sits in the middle and nowhere else!!

    12.5 % isn't considered fat @ all. You might be thinking of 22.5 %.
