    Core Excersizes

    I know when to switch up my routine when its needed....But as far as the core ones go....Do you guys keep a solid core excersize for your back?

    Ab excersizes. Yup, for a stronger lower back.

    Various hamstring exercises are good for your lower back. Hyper extensions and straight leg deadlifts are some of my favorites.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    All of the above, especially what Duncan the Donut man said...Deadlifts, Deadlifts and more Deadlifts! And all those ab excercises suggested by the Funk Master. I'd like to nominate another big, compound lift to the list; Squats. Or, if you want to be on the hip, chic, leading edge... try Pillates.
