    gymnastic training?

    id like to know what kind of training the gymnastics do (you know the guy who plays in the rings, horse,well i dont know the names) those guys are like 21 yrs old and they r huge

    Each sport require a different group of muscles to be prioritized. There are some books about it. The "type" of training depends of each person. Exactly what happens for us.
    I donīt know what you mean with "guy who plays..rings, horse... "

    I belive alot of it comes just from the exercises themselves.Go and try holding yourself in a cross on the rings sometime. Or swinging around on the horse.

    I watch some of the young kids at my daughters tumbling school. Even at 10 or 11 the kids are quite developed because of the training they do.

    Now I get it. I thought that you were mentioning jockeys.. lol
    pmech is right, a lot of it comes from the exercises but they do weight train.

    Sprinters have the best bodies....period. I was gonna say wrestlers but there are fatty wrestlers and there are thin wrestlers ( I'm talking Olympic wrestling not WWF) But Sprinters are incredible

    My grandfather was a very good gymnast in his youth, and he never had huge muscles. Granted he was also an officer in the Soviet army and they didn't exactly feed them all to well, but still he had a fairly average build. (Though he was extremely cut, six pack and all that.)
