Anybody read it, do it or have thoughts about it?
I'm thinking about constructing two programs based on the powerlifting pendulum and the bodybuilding pendulum and doing them back to back with a week's active recovery between. Thoughts?
If I do four week program's like this is a week off training every four weeks too much? because a week off every eight weeks doesn't sound like enough to me.

You think pendulum training is a good foundation to build a routine on? I am thinking of doing the powerlifter pendulum first as I need to improve my basic power.
