glute-ham raises
I have started westside by doing the westside 9 week basic training. It has proved very effective but I still haven't worked out how to do glute-ham raises without any special equipment (just a sit up board).
Can someone please tell me how to do glute hame raises (without the equipment) (or maybe I should just settle for Rumanian Lifts or something.) Thanks |

Romanians are a good lift. Do a search on Google for Glute Ham Raise and you should find numerous examples with pictures.
