    Exclamation late workout

    do you think there is anything wrong with working out really late..after midnight?
    its the only time really possible for me?
    i want to gain muscle of course, but i also want to lose fat...does this affect that?

    it really should'nt matter how late you workout as long as its intense,and your eating good food and drinking lots of H2O and supplementing right. gaining muscle will help you lose fat but not at a rapid pace.
