    Chest workout for difinition?

    Im on an S1 cycle right now and have 3 weeks left. Whats the best chest exercise to work the underside of the chest. Im looking to get more difinition in my chest area.

    Im looking to bulk up and out on my chest and cut the underside......

    any ideas?

    What to bulk up? Bulk
