    Take a Xanax?

Actually I'm like this everynight. I'm thinking about switching to that "SleepNumber Bed" but I'd just feel old.
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

I will take meletonin sometimes if I am not real tired at night. It seems to help me get to sleep on those nights when my mind is over active and I just aint tired yet.

Be careful with sleep aids. While they may help you sleep, they could be dangerous in the long run
