Hey guys. Have a question for anyone who knows. Just graduated Ohio State and got me a job ( I am sure I got it.. will know in next few days) in Cincinnati. I been slacking all summer and haven't worked out, but kept my diet for the majority of the summer. I guess I cant complain because I haven't gained more then a few pounds over last 3 months after losing 15 in the previous 3.5. My question is does anyone know a good gym within driving range of Cinci/Dayton area. I would like to go to a gym were people are more into bodybuilding and have that sense of community. I rather train with people of that mentality for educational purposes and to fix any current form or routine errors I have developed over the years. I would liek to get really serious about this. If anyone has any suggestions, can point me in any directions, or anythign else I might find useful. It would be great if you would comment. Thx alot.
Well I am in Cincinnati and there are Gold's gyms all around, one in Western Hills, one in Cleves, and another one up in Colerain. This is all in the immediate Cincinnati area though. We also have two Bally's around.
Good luck on your search!
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.
