its just like a more intensive work out i heard some guy would ride 20 miles on his bike after doing his leg work out and it worked great for him but im not sure.
I work out chest/shoulders on saturday...but this is also a day i HIIT swim at night...is this like working out the same shit twice in one day? is that good?

I wouldn't recommend hitting the weights and swimming all in the same day...
Always ALWAYS listen to your body..... If you're body is telling you it's too much in one day...then yes.....it most certainly is.
Try swimming on non weight training days.
Good luck

lol that's what I told him, but I guess he's not following my advice![]()

you are a swimmer you can not do HIIT swimming and think it's going to have any real effect on your body fat. I told you, you need to do something else like sprinting to increase your RMR to decrease your bf stores...Originally Posted by joey2005
