    Good Mornings

    These arent possible to do on a smith machine, are they?

    No you can't do these on a smith machine.

    one more thing, would it be ok to go from lifting to soccer practice back to back. Or should i lift around lunch time then go to practice at 630?

    If possible, try to lift on days that you don't have soccer practice. Otherwise, separate them as much as possible. If you are trying to cut fat, then you may want to consider going to practice after lifting, but you should take some BCAAs and glutamine to help fight off catabolism.
