Pilates is basically a form of exercises/stretches that enlongates your muscles giving them that "long slim" look. What your gonna need to do is go out and buy a Pilates video, or take a class at a gym. I bought the Winsor Pilates video set, which is really good, It cam with a "step by step basics" video, "20 minute workout" and "accelerated body sculpting". When you first try them out don't be discouraged if you can't do some of the moves (they have one person in the video always doing an easier version of the move their currently doing) or can't stretch as far as they show you. Just go as far as you can and eventually you'll be able to go farther and farther, that's what I had to do, and if you do them right there a good workout, espically the advanced body sculpting video one, theres still a move in that one I can't do and I've been doing them for 6 months.
